Services include home help, such as light household tasks, laundry, changing bed linen, preparing light meals and helping to keep your home clean, comfortable and organised. 

Companionship can include conversation, reading, walks, hobbies, sitting visits and meaningful company, either at home or out in the community.

I also provide accompanied outings, offering friendly transport and companionship for medical appointments, social trips and local outings. 

Accompanied or unaccompanied shopping and errands may include food shopping, collecting essential items, visiting the post office and providing support while you shop.

Welfare checks provide reassuring visits to check that the client is safe and well. Where agreed with the client, updates can also be provided to family members, helping everyone feel connected and informed. I can also offer 15 minute telephone calls.
