I’m Amy Hunter, the owner of AmyAssists. I provide compassionate and dependable one-to-one home help and companionship for adults aged 18 and over in Eastbourne and the surrounding area. Every visit is carried out personally by me, so you will always know who is coming into your home.

I have professional experience in domiciliary care, health and social care, and supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and additional needs. My qualifications include Childhood Studies, Counselling Skills and Theory, and Health and Social Care. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service and am fully insured.

My approach is calm, patient and friendly. I take time to understand each person’s needs, routines and choices, providing personalised support that helps them maintain their independence and stay connected.
